THE USERNAME OR PASSWORD IS INCORRECT
STEP 1. First try resetting your password.
Go to the Log In page and select 'Get New Password'. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
STEP 2. If you still get the error message 'The user name or password is incorrect' make sure to do the following:
1. Delete anything that is already in the username box.
2. TYPE the username or email address (rather than select from list)
3. Delete ALL BLACK DOTS in the password box.
4. Type the correct password.
CAN'T GET PAST THE LOG IN PAGE
If you have the browser privacy options set to 'Block All Cookies' or 'High' you need to change it to 'medium' (or whatever is the corresponding setting on your browser) or alternatively add www.nofearbridge.co.uk to list of sites that are allowed to create cookies.

WHY IS IT ASKING FOR MY PASSWORD? I USED TO BE ABLE TO GET STRAIGHT IN
This could be for one of the following reasons.
You recently applied an update to your computer or tablet. This often clears cookies i.e. the 'remembered' log in details.
You recently cleared cookies. A cookie is used to keep the 'remembered' log in details.
You used the 'Log Out' button after finishing using No Fear Bridge. There is no need to Log Out unless you are using a public computer.
I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD AND/OR USERNAME
We are unable to send your current password as these are encrypted for security and cannot be read by us.
To get a new password (or reminder of Username) use the 'Get New Password' option on the Log In page. You will be sent an email with a link to a page where you can reset your password.
Sometimes your email program will prevent you clicking on links in email. If this happens just email us at the Helpdesk address below and we will send you a new password or your username.
